World Rugby Awards 2024 Set For 24 November in Monaco
The World Rugby Awards 2024 will take place in Monaco on Sunday, November 24 at the iconic Salle des Étoiles to recognise the sport’s very best.
Update – the nominees are due to be announced the week of November 18 2024
There will be fourteen categories across 15s and sevens rugby and nominees will be unveiled on Monday, 18 November 2024 during the men’s international window.
World Rugby Chief Executive Alan Gilpin said: “We are delighted to return to Monaco, an iconic location associated with some of the most prestigious sporting events on the planet, to celebrate the World Rugby Awards 2024 after an incredible calendar year of international rugby.
Following a year that saw an epic conclusion of the HSBC SVNS in Madrid, record-breaking Olympic Games in Paris and action-packed international windows, the Awards will look back and honour those who made a great contribution to the advancement of our game through their talent, personalities and passion.”
The ceremony will be hosted under the High Patronage of H.S.H Princess Charlene of Monaco, and the 2024 edition also marks the fourth occasion that Monaco has hosted the Awards, cementing the Principality’s place as the home of rugby’s greatest honours said World Rugby.
