Tony Ho Rugby Camp 2019
Kowloon Rugby Club in Hong Kong have announced details for the Tony Ho Rugby Camp 2019 which is set to take place from 15-20th July 2019.
Scottish international John Barclay has been confirmed to join the Hong Kong club to deliver the rugby training camp.
Who is John Barclay?
John Barclay was born in Hong Kong and is a Scottish Rugby Union player for Edinburgh Rugby in the Guinness Pro14. Barclay is a number 8 or a flank in the XVs game and has won over 70 caps for Scotland. He has played at two Rugby World Cups, in 2007 and 2011
What is the Tony Ho rugby camp?
According to the Kowloon Rugby website, the Tony Ho camp offers courses for “all girls and boys mini and junior playing age groups and provides organised, educational, inclusive and structured activities.”
In addition, the rugby camp will “look to develop and implement the key skills and integral values associated with Rugby Union as a sport. Taking a holistic approach to the development of the athlete through the professional culture our expert coaches have experienced will ensure the camps are fun, challenging and rewarding.”
