The Shanghai International Rugby Tens 2019 is a one-day tournament on 15th June 2019 and signals the end of the social tens rugby season in China. This will be the 8th edition of the Shanghai Tens rugby tournament.
Shanghai Rugby Football Club
The Shanghai International Rugby Tens and is hosted by the Shanghai Rugby Football Club. The club was formed in 1881 and participates at the Hong Kong Tens (GFI Tens) during Hong Kong 7s week as well as Kowloon RugbyFest.
Within China, the club is the current All China Cup holders and will play in the final again in 2019 on 25th May versus the Guangzhou Rams RFC.
