SEA Games Rugby 7s 2019
The SEA Games is less than two months away and the tickets for some of the events have been released this past week, say the organisers. However, no news on the rugby 7s tickets or schedule was released.
Southeast Asian Games Philippines 2019
Via the SEA Games FB page, a statement said that “Tickets to the Opening Ceremony, selected sports and venues” have been made available since October 3rd, via smtickets.com
The Philippines will host the 30th edition of the South East Asian Games from the 30th November to 11th December 2019. The official Flame Turnover from Malaysia to the Philippines was also held last week.
Some of the stats:
- 56 sports will be played
- 8,750 athletes and team officials (estimated)
- 1,500 press and media attendees
- 12,000 volunteers
Rugby 7s: SEA Games 2019
The organisers have also released an updated schedule and said “A more specific schedule with time slots will also be released soon, but please note that details will be updated as needed.’
The Rugby 7s will be played in Clark. Tickets don’t appear to be available yet for rugby.
SEA Games Rugby 7s results in 2017
Malaysia won the Men’s Gold, beating Singapore in the final, while Thailand won the Ladies 7s Gold medal.
