SCC 7s 2019: Teams confirmed
The SCC 7s 2019 (Singapore Cricket Club) has announced some of the first teams who be playing at this year’s rugby tournament, which is the 72nd edition of the SCC 7s. The SCC 7s is considered Asia’s oldest rugby sevens tournament.
The SCC 7s will be played the same weekend this year as the Cobra Tens and Bangkok 7s, the tournaments clashing due to the RWC 2019 taking place in Japan and dates being adjusted.
Teams playing at 2019 SCC 7s
Last years champions, Daveta from Fiji, are confirmed to defend their title at the SCC Sevens as well as losing finalists Casuarina Cougars.
National 7s teams from Sri Lanka, Singapore, Thailand (development team) will also be involved as they prepare for the SEA Games 2019 in the Philippines.

Fans wanting to attend the 7s rugby in Singapore can buy tickets now. Tickets cost $20 (Sing) for the weekend.
