PRFU 2022 Globe 7s Series – Visayas

The PRFU have announced that the 2022 Globe 7s Series takes place in Visayas on August 27th 2022 with teams from Cebu Province and Negros Occidental playing at the Carcar City Sports Complex.

The divisions for the teams playing in Visayas are:

• U15s Touch Rugby Boys
• U19 Boys Touch Rugby Boys
• Ladies Touch Rugby
• Colts Rugby 7s
• Women’s Rugby 7s
• Open Rugby 7s

Two teams will be competing for the trophy for both the Open and Women’s divisions in Visayas while two clubs are also competing in the Colts division – Cebu North and Cebu South.

Games for the 7s Rugby festival for the Open, Women’s, and Colts will follow after all Touch Rugby games are concluded at around 13:30

Touch Rugby Visayas

There are also age group Touch Rugby games planned for Saturday with five U15 boys teams, five U19 boys teams, and six Ladies teams registered to play.

All games for Touch Rugby are scheduled from 09:00 until 13:20.

Only COVID-19 fully vaccinated individuals and those who have completed their Health Declaration forms will be allowed to enter the venue. The entrance is free.
