New Territories Regional Rugby Sevens Championship 2019: Results

The Hong Kong 8th NTRSA (New Territories Regional Rugby Sevens Championship) was fiercely contested this past weekend.

The rugby tournament is specifically for local players in Hong Kong and in 2019 there were seven men’s 7s rugby teams and 5 five women’s rugby teams competing.

Yuen Long won the men’s cup while the women’s Cup was won by Sha Tin.

Women’s Division

• Plate: Tai Po
• Bowl:  Sai Kung

The Hong Kong domestic 15s season starts in September with a new Challenge Cup.
