Kuching 7s Rugby 2020

The Kuching 7s rugby 2020 tournament had been announced to take place from 4-5 July. The Malaysian rugby tournament is open to club and veteran rugby teams.

What is the Kuching 7s rugby tournament?

Kuching Division Rugby Association (KDRA) organises the Kuching 7s and their FB page say the tournament has been running since 1959.

In 2019, the 7s took place in April and the Cup was won by the Malaysian National Team, RIMAU 7s. There was also prize money up for grabs. 12 men’s team played, spread across three pools.

Kuching also previously hosted a tens rugby tournament in 2018 and 2019 was scheduled but it doesnt look like it went ahead.
