The KL Tigers International Rugby 10s 2023 returns this weekend from 11-12 February, with the last event having taken place in 2019. The Malaysian social rugby tournament is geared towards youth rugby from U6-U18.
The invitational tournament was announced to be full some time back and dozens of rugby teams will descend on Kuala Lumpur for two days at the Malaysia Rugby Union-sanctioned event. There is U9-U18 tens contact rugby, and touch rugby for U6-U8 as well as U12, U15 & U18 Girls’ Touch Rugby.
As we have published previously, the annual youth rugby tournament is organised by the KL Tigers rugby club, which was formed in 2014. Their Junior Rugby program caters for kids from 4 to 18 years old, in addition to offering Touch Rugby, Men’s, Ladies and Veteran’s Rugby.
