The Philippines Rugby Facebook page has announced the JML 10s Rugby Festival 2019 is taking place this Saturday, 16th March 2019 in Southern Plains, Laguna in the Philippines.
The domestic 2019 JML Premiership Shield takes a break and local teams will use the tournament to prepare for the upcoming Manila 10s.
The tournament has a St Patrick’s Day (17th March) theme.
