HK 7s dinners and social events
Even if you haven’t been fortunate enough to get your hands on Hong Kong Sevens tickets, there are plenty of rugby dinners and non-rugby events to meet some rugby heroes.
Tuilagi coaching clinic: Tuilagi Rugby Skills
The Tuilagi brothers, Freddi, Andy and Alex will be running their Tuilagi Rugby Skills (TRS) clinic for youths in under 9 to under 16 age groups. See the FB event for more information.

Bula Fiji Dinner with Fijian 7s team

Canada 7s Team coaching clinic
The Canadian 7s rugby team will be running a meet and greet at the Canadian International School (CDNIS) of Hong Kong. The players will also hold a team practice, followed by a training skills session for rugby players, and then a photo and autograph session.
The Team Canada Skills Clinic is free, but each family attending the event is asked to make a $100 donation for the day. All money raised goes to support the Canadian Rugby Team. The event is open to CDNIS and non-CDNIS families and everyone can pre-register here. If you are attending you are welcome to bring your rugby balls, jerseys, Canadian flags for the players to sign!

Meet the Classic Wallabies
The Classic Wallabies are having a meet and greet cocktail evening at Kerry Hotel. The team will playing at the GFI Tens 2019.

England Rugby 7s Team Welcome Lunch
For the past 20 years, Mr. Jim Wardell has been sponsoring this lunch for the English Rugby Sevens team.
The event is organized for the members of the Royal Society of St. George and their guests. The event is sold out and players and members enjoy a lunch which is media-free. The lunch also raises funds for various charities. In 2019, “Shakespeare for All” (founded in Hong Kong in 2003) with a mission to “inspire young people to aspire to excellence”, is the beneficiary.

Friends of Lao Rugby in Hong Kong Fundraiser

Sevens Dinner with the BlitzBokke
The South Africa 7s team, the Blitzbokke, will be having a dinner organised by the Southern African Association of Hong Kong. Guests will enjoy a proudly South African evening in the company of the BlitzBokke. Funds will be raised for the charitable organisation Ons Plek – a home for abused and disadvantaged young girls in Cape Town, South Africa. In addition, funds will be raised for ImpactHK – an organisation serving the homeless community in Hong Kong.

Canada 7s Team Annual Great Canadian Luncheon
The luncheon event is taking place for the 13th time and the monies raised go to the Canada 7s Rugby Fund. Gareth Rees (World Rugby Hall of Fame) is the emcee for his fifth year in a row. Sean Maloney (Former Wallaby) and Fox Sports Commentator is the guest speaker.

Hong Kong 7s Long Lunches
Valley Sevens Long Lunch
The legendary Valley HK Sevens Long Lunch is celebrating 20 years in 2019. The well-known lunch features rugby speakers, dance performances and a yet to be announced new theme. Guests benefit from free-flow wine, transport to the stadium and lunch. The event raises funds for children’s charities in Asia.
