Discovery Bay Pirates International All Girls Beach Festival 2020

The Discovery Bay Pirates International All Girls Beach Festival 2020 has been announced by the Hong Kong-based sports club and will take place from 18-19th January 2020.

This is a  two-day multi-sports festival which includes girls-only youth rugby (U10 and U12 minis) on the 1st day, January 18th, with Women’s rugby and more girls youth rugby due on the second day, January 19th 2020.

There will also be youth and adult netball over the two days.

• January 18th 2020: U10 and U12 Minis Girls
• January 19th 2020: Youth Girls and Women’s Rugby

Who are the Discovery Bay Pirates (DB Pirates)?

The rugby section of the sports club, Discovery Bay Pirates Rugby Football Club (DBPRFC),  was formed in 2003 and includes:

• Minis Rugby (U6-U12)
• Colts/Youth (U14-U18)

On their website, they also add that they “are now one of the most respected Mini and Youth rugby clubs in Hong Kong on and off the field of play.”
