COBRA Tens 2023

The COBRA Tens 2023 will be celebrating its 50th edition, after being postponed several times since 2019, and will be held from 11-12 November 2023 at Padang Astaka, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

The COBRA Tens will see several international tens rugby teams compete, which include Daveta who won the men’s SCC 7s over the weekend of 4-5 November 2023 in Singapore and have won the COBRA Tens from 2017-2018. They will face stiff competition with teams from New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, PNG, and Malaysia all competing.

There is also a women’s section at the 2023 tournament with teams from Malaysia and Singapore.

COBRA Tens is most famous for being the birthplace of tens rugby, hosting the world’s first 10-a-side rugby tournament in Malaysia in 1967.

COBRA Tens 2023 – Teams

All matches will be played with 10 minutes per half (with a 2-minute break).

There are 9 men’s teams in 3 groups of 3 playing for the Cup, Plate, and Bowl.
