Another social tens rugby tournament has been confirmed for 2020, and its a new tournament; the Chiang Rai
International Rugby Tens.
The tournament is being organised by the Chiang Rai Northern Bears Rugby club and interested teams can reach chiangraibears@gmail.com for an info pack.
The tournament is more aimed at social and amateur teams in Southeast Asia and the organisers hope this tournament will create rugby awareness among locals in northern Thailand too.
The Bears are one of the rugby union teams set to take part in the new Lanna Rugby League in northern Thailand.
Registration Chiang Rai International Rugby Tens
The costs to registers are as follows:
- Early bird: 1750 Baht
- Full registration: 2500 Baht
The cost covers registration fee, ice, water, first aid and a discounted dinner for the Saturday night.

- Venue: Chiang Rai Rajabaht University, Thailand
