Centaurs International Mini and Youth Rugby 2019
The Centaurs International Mini and Youth Rugby Tournament 2019 will be played from the 23-24th November 2019. This is the 12th edition of the popular youth rugby festival in Singapore.
Centaurs International Rugby tournament 2019
Boys and girls are invited to play in the rugby tournament. The age grades are for every year from Under 5 up to Under 15 inclusive, and Under 17.
The application form for clubs said the tournament was open to “schools and clubs from around the region. (please note that in full support of the ongoing development of Junior Rugby Clubs in Singapore, we are unable to accept applications from schools in Singapore and Johor Bahru – only JRCS clubs).”
However, the age groups only are mixed from a certain age:
- Mixed: U5s to U12s
- Boys: U13s to U17s
- Girls: to be confirmed based on interest shown.

Centaurs Rugby Tournament Structure
Due to the number of age groups at the Centaurs international mini and youth rugby tournament (CIMYRT 2019), some age-grades will play 7 a-side, 8 a-side or 10 a-side rugby.
- U5s to U7s: 8-a-side (max. 12 per squad)
- U8s to U17s: 10-a-side (max. 15 per squad)
- Girls: 7-a-side (max. 12 per squad)
