Bangkok Tens 2019 announces schedule

The highly anticipated Bangkok International Tens 2019, which takes place over the weekend of Saturday-Sunday 16-17th February has announced the schedule and pools.

This 2-day tournaments is a highlight of the social rugby calendar in SEA and see Mens, Womens, Vets and youth contact take place as well as touch rugby. In total 44 adult teams are registered as well as 36 youth teams. Ladies are represented by 8 teams this year.

Teams are traveling from as far as from as: Thailand, France, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Cambodia, Australia, New Zealand, India, Fiji, Singapore, Japan, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, and the Philippines.

As is the tradition with the Bangkok Tens, an ensemble of former international players will be present: Willie Lose (Tonga), Warrick Waugh (Australia), Eddie Evans (Canada), Hottie Louw, Bobby Skinstad and Thinus Delport (South Africa.)

The 2019 edition of the Tens is the 13th and takes place at the Bangkok Patana School Sports Complex.

In addition, this year the Bangkok international rugby 10s will also be live on Facebook and YouTube for anyone to view the rugby thanks to SEA sports news.
