After many delays caused by the global pandemic, the vibrant local Chinese rugby club scene will see the All China Cup (ACC) 2021 Grand Final be played on Saturday 16th October, between Shanghai Rugby Football Club and Guangzhou Rams RFC.
Shanghai Rugby Football Club are the defending champions of the prized national title, which is contested by many teams from the four corners of Chinese social rugby.
There are a number of rugby games planned on the day before the Grand Final is played:
- Ladies Tens Rugby – Rams vs Bulldog Dragons
- Men’s Rams 2nds vs Pirates
- Grand Final: Guangzhou Rams 1sts vs Shanghai Dragons RFC.
All China Cup 2022 Fixtures
South Division
The South Division fixtures for 2021-22 XVs season have also been confirmed. The competition will see the Guangzhou Rams RFC, Shenzhen Pirates RFC, and hosts of China’s Premier 10s tournament Xiamen Typhoons compete in the new season. They are also joined by Shandong (usually a very strong 7s contender), as well as Chongqing Rangers, both teams making the step up to the 15s game.East Division

The Changzhou Giants RFC will be playing with the Suzhou Late Knights Rugby Club, Nanjing Rockets RFC, Shanghai Dolphins, SRFC, and new team the Wenzhou-Yiwu-Ningbo Barbarians in the East Division.
Rugby in China 2021
Rugby has slowly been getting back to action in China, with the South China Vets Team winning the Foshan 10s Tournament in early October 2021 which also featured the Foshan Sharks Rugby, Canton Geese, and Guangzhou Rocks RFC (Japanese).
The Wuhan Cup is also being played on October 16, 2021, with a 5vs5 tag rugby tournament.
